This How.com.vn teaches you how to use the iPhone's 3D Touch feature to open app menus without opening the apps themselves. 3D touch is available on the iPhone 6S and up.
Steps
Enabling 3D Touch
Open your iPhone's Settings. It's the grey gear icon on the Home Screen.
Tap General. It's toward the top of the Settings page.
Tap Accessibility. This option is in the middle of the General page.
Scroll down and tap 3D Touch. You'll find it about halfway down the page.[1]
Slide the 3D Touch switch right to the "On" position. It will turn green. Now you can use 3D Touch with supported apps.- If the button is already green, 3D Touch is enabled.

Press down on an app's icon. Doing so firmly enough will prompt a pop-out menu with options.- For example, pressing down on Settings brings up the following options: Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Cellular Data, and Battery.
