With a few inexpensive products (and a bit of patience) you can bring your tangled wig back to life. In this article, we’ll explain step-by-step how to untangle both synthetic and human hair wigs, plus provide tips on how to avoid tangling in the first place.

How to Untangle a Synthetic Wig

   Place the wig on a wig stand. Using a wig stand or styling head gives you a stable area to work on, which makes the detangling process much easier. If your wig is particularly long, try setting the wig head on a camera tripod or another tall object to give you more room to work.
