This How.com.vn teaches you how to unfollow people who you're following on Instagram, both on mobile devices and on a computer. There is no built-in way to unfollow everyone you follow on Instagram at once. Instagram has limits on how many people you can follow and unfollow per hour. If you unfollow large numbers of users in a short time, it will result in a temporary ban of your account.
Unfollowing All Instagram Accounts
Instagram does not have an "Unfollow All" option in the app, so there isn't a way to unfollow everyone at once. Although you can't mass-unfollow people, you can manually unfollow up to 200 accounts per day by tapping "Following" next to their names in your Following list.
Steps
Open Instagram. It's a multicolored app that resembles a camera. If you're already logged into Instagram, doing this will take you to the home page.- If you aren't logged into Instagram, type in your username (or phone number) and password and tap Login.

Tap the "following" section. It's near the top-right corner of the screen. Doing so will open a list of the people who you're currently following.- This section has a number above it that represents the number of people you're following.
Tap Following next to a person's name. You should see this button to the right of each person whom you're following.
Tap Unfollow when prompted. This option will appear in a pop-up window. Doing so will unfollow your selected person.
Repeat the unfollow process for each account you follow. Once you finish, there will no longer be anyone in your "following" list.- Some Instagram accounts--particularly new ones--require you to wait for an hour or so after unfollowing 200 accounts before you can continue.
Go to Instagram's website. It's located at https://www.instagram.com/.
