Using the Quick Settings Panel
Swipe down from the top of your screen. Place your finger at the top of your Android's screen, and slide it down. It will open your Notification Center in a drop-down panel.- You don't have to unlock your Android to open Notification Center.
Tap the Quick Settings icon. It looks like a small gear with white squares around it in the upper-right corner of Notification Center. This will open your Quick Settings menu in the drop-down panel.- If you tap the bigger gear icon, you will switch to your Settings app.
Tap Location on the Quick Settings panel. The Location icon will turn bright white or blue when it's on. This option turns all Location services on for your phone and tablet.- The Location icon may look like a pin or a world icon depending on your Android version.

Open your Android's Apps menu. It's a grid or list of all the apps installed on your phone or tablet.
