How to Take Photos on FaceTime

This How.com.vn teaches you how to take a photo while in Facetime. You can take a still photo, or a Live Photo, which captures 1.5 seconds before and after your photo to create a moving photo.

  1. How.com.vn English: Step 1 Open the FaceTime app on your iPhone or iPad.
    Look for a green icon with a white camcorder on your home screen.

    Tap the search bar and type their name, or search from a list of recent and favorite contacts.
  3. How.com.vn English: Step 3 Tap the camcorder icon next to their name.
    This will start a Facetime call.

    This will take a screenshot of the FaceTime session.

Taking a Live Photo on iOS

    This is a gray settings cog icon on your home screen. Tap on the app to open it.

Taking a Live Photo on a Mac
