When you are editing a video, you will be adding a lot of things, including another sound track or another video track. You will need to synchronize them.

Open your project in Movie Edit Pro. If you don't have one already, create one.
Import the media that you want to use.
Once the media is in the project, create the audio wave forms.
Once you have them all imported into the project, create a wave form.- Select your video and right click.
- Select Audio Functions >> Audio/video on separate tracks (CTRL+H).

Aligning Them Manually
Zoom in closer and enlarge the images by manipulating the +/- signs at the lower left of your screen. You are enlarging all of the wave forms to more precisely line up the two tracks.
Look for the spikes. The spikes are created intentionally by something that creates a sharp sudden sound, like clapping your hands or blowing a whistle. In this screenshot, you can see spikes that can be matched up.
Line up the red bar with the location of the spike that you are going to use.
Select the track that you want to move to match the other one and line them up.
