Steps
Open Facebook on your Galaxy. It’s the blue icon with a white “F” in the app drawer. If you’re not already signed in to your account, sign in now.

Tap Friends. It’s in the menu on the left side of the screen.
Tap the CONTACTS tab. It’s at the top of the screen.
Tap Get Started. It’s the blue button at the bottom of the screen.
Tap ALLOW on the pop-up. If it’s your first time, you’ll have to do this to start syncing your contacts. When the sync is complete, you'll find your Facebook contacts (who've provided phone numbers and other contact information to Facebook) in the Contacts app.- If you don’t see the pop-up, your contacts have already begun to sync.
