How to Stretch Your Hands

Hand stretches are a great way to maintain or improve your hand dexterity. If you suffer from arthritis or a repetitive injury, there are stretches that will help you manage the pain and discomfort. There are also stretches that can help improve your hand mobility while relieving some of the pain caused by arthritis and other chronic conditions.

Performing Finger, Hand, and Wrist Stretches
