Steps
Open Google Sheets. It’s the green sheet of paper with a white table inside. You’ll usually find it in the app drawer.
Tap the file that contains the data you want to sort. The contents of the spreadsheet will appear.
Tap the letter above the column with the data. This highlights the column.
Tap the letter again. A menu will appear.
Tap ⁝. It’s the last option in the menu.
Scroll down the menu and select a sort method.- Tap SORT A-Z to sort in ascending order (smallest number at the top).
- Tap SORT Z-A to sort in descending order (largest number at the top).
Tap. It’s at the top-left corner of the screen. Your data is now sorted in numerical order.
