   Open the Calendar app. It's the icon that looks like a stack of Calendar dates with today's date on top.

   • Make sure you are signed into iCloud. If you are not signed into iCloud, click "Calendar" in the menubar at the top of the screen and click, "Add account". Then click "iCloud" at the top and log in with the email address and password associated with your iCloud account.

   Select a calendar on the left. Click the calendar you want to share in the column on the left.

   • If you don't see a column on the left, click the button that says "Calendars" at the top-left of the Calendar window. This will display the column with all the calendar names on the left side.

   Click the share icon. It's the icon with a dot and three curved lines that appears on the right when the mouse is hovering over the calendar's name.

   Check the box for "Public Calendar." Click the checkbox next to "Public Calendar" to access the share URL.

   • If you don't wish to make the calendar public, you can still share the calendar with someone by clicking "Share With..." and typing a contact's name or email address. If you want to remove someone from sharing your calendar, simply click the email address and press Delete.

   Select Mail, Messages, or Facebook. This will compose a new message in one of these apps with the calendar's shared URL in the message.

   Add a recipient. Enter an email address or contact name in the recipient section of your message or email. Type a comma at the end of each email address to add multiple recipients.

   • If you are sending an email, include a subject and a brief message in your email.

   Click Send. If you are sending an email, click the button at the top that resembles a paper airplane.

   Go to https://www.icloud.com in a web browser. Using your preferred web browser, go to the iCloud website.

   • If prompted, sign in with the email address and password associated with your Apple ID.

   Click Calendar. It's the icon with today's date to the right of the "Contacts" icon.

   Click the share icon next to the calendar you want to share. It's the icon that has a dot and three curved lines to the right of the calendar's name. This opens a small pop-up menu.

   Check the box for "Public Calendar" in the pop-up. Click the checkbox next to "Public Calendar" in order to access the share URL for the selected calendar.

   • If you do not wish to make the calendar public, you can click the checkbox for "Private Calendar" instead and enter an email address in the box that says "Add Person..." to add people to share your calendar with privately. To remove someone from a calendar, select the person's email in the pop-up and click "Remove Person".

   ClickEmail Link. This will open a new Apple Email with the calendar link already included in the message text.

   • You can also click "Copy Link" to copy the calendar link and share it via Facebook, email, or any place you can send a link to the person you want to share your calendar with.

   Add a recipient. Type the email address in the "To" field. Type a comma at the end of each email address to add multiple recipients.

   Add a subject. Type a subject for the email in the subject line. You can also type a brief message in the body of the email to add some extra explanation, though it's not required.

   Click Send. It's in the upper-right corner of the email application. This sends the email with a link that allows the recipient to connect to your Apple Calendar, allowing them to see your schedule and events.
