Open a browser and go to www.icloud.com. Enter your login information if prompted.

Click on Recently Deleted in the menu bar on the left.- This album holds any photos you've deleted from the iCloud Photo Library in the last 40 days. If you've deleted photos more than 40 days ago, you will not see them in the Recently Deleted album.
Click the photos you want to retrieve. If you need to select multiple photos, hold down the Shift key while clicking the photos. A blue border appears around any photo you've selected.
