Black mold is removed the same way that other molds are removed. On most surfaces, you can use diluted bleach, vinegar, ammonia, or another household cleaner that kills mold to remove it. On wooden surfaces, you'll need to sand the wood, replace it, or paint over the mold with fiber lock paint.
