There are plenty of easy steps that you can take to help make your community a better place. When you call, report what you see and what they appear to be doing, not a speculation that can not be reasonably ascertained by observations. Racial profiling has been a huge problem when it comes to crime-prevention programs and neighborhood watch groups, so make sure you’re doing the right thing before you hit the send button to call the police.
