How to Quickly Respond to Notifications on iPhone or iPad

This How.com.vn teaches you how to quickly view, open, clear, or respond to notifications with 3D Touch and swipe gestures, using an iPhone or iPad.

Steps

  1. How.com.vn English: Step 1 Open your iPhone or iPad's Notification Center.
    • If your iPhone or iPad is locked, swipe right on your lock screen.
    • If it's unlocked, swipe down from the top of any of your Home screens.
    • If you're using iPhone X, swipe down from the top-left side of your screen.
  2. How.com.vn English: Step 2 Hard-press on a notification to respond with 3D Touch.
    Depending on the notification, a box will pop up with various options.
    • If it's a message notification, it will open a chat box where you can reply right from your lock screen.
