Microsoft Project is the app that has a green icon that resembles a page with a "P" in front of a page with some symbols on it.

Open a Project file. When you open Microsoft Project, you can select a variety of templates from the welcome screen or you can select a recent project in the sidebar to the left. Click "Open other projects" to browse for a specific Project file.

Select the Gantt chart view. The Gantt chart view is the default view in Microsoft Project. It displays the task information columns to the left, and the Gantt chart to the right. If you do not see the Gantt chart:
- Click File.
- Click View.
- Select Gantt Chart or Tracking Gantt in the "Task Views" box.

Pan and zoom on the Gantt chart and columns. What you see on the screen is the information that will be printed, so pan and zoom in on the information that you want to print.
- Use the slider bars at the bottom to adjust the pan, and use the bar in the bottom-right corner to adjust the zoom on the chart.

Hide any columns you don't want to print. In the task information columns to the left, there may be some columns you don't want to print (such as task mode). To hide a column:
- Right-click a column header.
- Select Hide column.
If there are any columns you don't see that you do want to print, you can add columns by clicking "View" in the menu bar at the top. Then select the "Tables" drop-down menu in the "Data" box. Check any data you wish to add to the chart.

When you click on "Print" in the back-office, a print preview is displayed to the right. Review the print preview to make sure it has all the information you want to print. - The "Margins" tab allows you set the size of the margins around the page.

- The "Legend" tab has option for how to print the legend. You can change the width of the legend. You can also decide to not print the legend, or print it on a separate page.
You can type the number of copies you want to print in the box next to "Copies", or you can increase or decrease the number of copies by clicking the up or down arrows.
