Steps
Open Instagram. The app icon looks like a camera lens on an orange, purple, yellow, and blue gradient.- This requires that you already have a video recorded for IGTV that's up to 15 minutes long.
Tap the video feed icon. This icon looks like a play symbol inside a clapperboard. You'll see it centered at the bottom of your screen.
Tap. The camera icon is in the top right corner of your screen and will launch your camera.
