Don't stress too much. If you were chosen for the spelling bee, you are probably pretty good at spelling already. You do not have to memorize all of the words, just do your best. Break the words into small chunks and go through each chunk one by one. Ask a friend or family member to quiz you, if they're busy, just try to work around their schedule.
