How to Meet up with Friends on IRL ‐ Let's Hang on Android

This How.com.vn teaches you how to meet up with friends on IRL Let's Hang for Android. You can meet up with friends by checking your plans and invites in the Home tab.

Accepting an Invite

IRL - Let's Hang is the app that has a white icon with cursive "irl" written in rainbow-colored lower-case letters.
The Home tab is the tab that has an icon that resembles a house in the lower-left corner of the screen. This displays your current activities as well as a few suggested activities you can invite friends too.

Below the header that says "Calendar" is all your invites and scheduled activities. New invites are under the header that says "New" at the top of the calendar.
For a new invite, tap the green button on the right below a new invite that says "Wanna Join?" To view the details of an activity you're already joined, tap the blue button below the activity that says "View Plans!" This displays the activity details and chat for that activity.
The date, time, and location are listed at the top of the screen. Tapping on the date brings up a calendar view so you can see when this activity is planned. #Ask any follow-up questions in the chat. If any details are missing, you can ask questions in the chat. To type a question or message, tap the bar that says "Write a message" then compose your message or question. When you're ready to post it, tap the paper plane icon to send it.

Check who's invited and who's attending. To see who is attending the activity, tap the People tab at the top of the screen. All the people in the "Joined" section are attending the activity, and anyone in the "Invited" section has been invited but hasn't responded yet.
- If the person who created the activity has allowed it, you can also invite other friends at the bottom of the People tab.

Creating an Activity

IRL is the app that has a white icon with cursive "irl" written in rainbow-colored lower-case letters.
Each of these tabs has activities you can create. The Home tab has suggested activities at the top of the page. The magnifying glass lists all activities. The Paper Airplane tab allows you to create a new activity from scratch.

Tap an activity. Activities include a name and a cartoon drawing of the activity. Activities include movies and video games, outdoors and sports, and food and drink.
- If you tapped the Paper Airplane icon, you will create a new activity from scratch without a cartoon drawing.
Most activities already have a generic name at the top. You can rename it to whatever you change the name to whatever you want. You may want to change a name like "Video games" to something like "Fortnite" or "Minecraft". If you tapped the paper Airplane icon, type a name for the activity where it says "What do you want to do?"

Select a date. Tap one of three options below "When".
- Tap Today to schedule an activity for today.
- Tap Soon if you don't yet have date in mind.
- Tap Pick a date to select a date from a calendar.
If you want, you can tap Daily, Weekly, or Monthly to make this a recurring activity.
If you want to allow friends to invite other friends, tap the switch below "Recurring" to allow friends to invite other friends.
It's the white button at the bottom of the screen. This displays your contacts.
Tap the radial button next to friends in your contact lists and tap as many contacts as you want to invite.
This sends an invite and creates a chat with all the people you invited.
It's the icon that has an image of a Google Maps marker. This displays a Google map. If you have Locations turned on, you can tap Select this location to use your current location. You can also type an address in the search bar at the top and then tap Select this location.
It's the icon with a clock. Tap + or - above and below to change the hour and minute. Tap PM or AM to toggle between AM and PM.
It's the purple button at the bottom of the screen.
If at any time you need to change the details of the activity, tap Location, Time, Date, Add Friends, and Recurring to change the detail of the activity.
