Getting children to eat a healthy, balanced diet can often be a tricky task, especially if your kids are picky or you have children with a considerable age gap. A four-year-old might not want what a 13-year-old will happily eat, for example. For some helpful guidance and advice on how to make a meal your kids will love, read on from step number one below.

Deciding What to Make
