Avoid offering them a different food right away. Dogs are easily positively reinforced. If they don't eat their food and you come along and put down something else, they're going to learn that if they hold out, they'll get a yummier meal.

I would cut down on the treats for now. Especially with smaller dogs, if you're offering a lot of treats, they might fill up on those and not eat their regular food.

First of all, make sure there's not anything wrong with the food. Because of the fat content, every once in a while you might run into a bad bag of food. If there's nothing wrong with it, wait 24 hours to see if your dog is just being picky. If he still won't eat, talk to your vet for advice.
