- 1 teaspoon (2 g) black pepper, divided

- 1/2 cup (113 g) butter
- 1⁄2 cup (120 ml) hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) distilled white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons (9.9 ml) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch of granulated garlic
Makes 1 cup (272 g) of sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 g) horseradish
- 1/4 cup (57.5 g) sour cream
- 1 tablespoon (13 g) mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons (9.9 ml) lemon juice or white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon (4.9 ml) Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, and garlic powder in a bowl. Measure 1⁄2 cup (116 g) of mayonnaise into a bowl along with 1⁄4 cup (55 g) of tomato ketchup, and 1⁄2 teaspoon (0.1 g) of garlic powder.
