How to Make Slow Cooker Cranberry Pork Roast

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds pork roast, bone-in or boneless
  • 1 cup cranberries, ground or finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Steps
