It doesn't matter what horoscope you are. Your horoscope stays the same for the rest of your life. But for example, if you were born on March 20th, you're either a Pisces or an Aries (American horoscope).

I was born on 11 March but I don't know what my zodiac sign is. On different websites it shows different zodiac signs: Pisces, Cancer, Aquarius & Aries - which one is correct?

There are two types of astrology. One is Vedic astrology (which is the most accurate) and one is Western astrology. According to Western astrology, your zodiac sign is Pisces but to know your Vedic astrology zodiac sign, you have to give your date of birth, time of birth, birthplace, etc.
