How to Keep Safe During Rides at a Disney Park

Do you have a fear of riding the rides at a Disney theme park, just because of their safety? Well, worry no more. After you've read and followed the directions in this article, you'll be a pro/master of keeping safe on these rides!

Steps

  1. How.com.vn English: Step 1 Walk slowly to your seat.
Disney follows strict safety rules and will only begin the ride once every person is seated. There is no need to run to get to a particular seat. Every seat on most rides has the same vantage points.
  2. How.com.vn English: Step 2 Fasten your seat belt on all rides.
Make sure to do this right after getting in.
  3. How.com.vn English: Step 3 Have the child sit where the ride attendant tells you to ask them to sit.
Listen to them! Some seats have more harder-enforced sides, as well as a better center of gravity.
  4. How.com.vn English: Step 4 Stay seated in your seat while on the ride.
  5. How.com.vn English: Step 5 Listen and follow all the rules the ride-attendant may say.
  6. How.com.vn English: Step 6 Allow the safety-bar to lower itself onto you, dependent on the ride.
On some rides, the ride attendant will ask you to lower it yourself, while some may automatically lower without any single force exerted.
    • Do not block the bar from coming down onto you by any means, by putting any item on your lap (including children or other items).
    • Don't allow smaller children to sit on a bigger child's lap. Unless told to do differently by the station attendant, only keep one person per seating area. Failure to do so could cause the safety-bar to malfunction and the ride to completely not leave the station entrance
  7. How.com.vn English: Step 7 Don't try to eat anything while sitting on the ride.
Not only do some rides have turns that could cause the rider not to experience a sudden change that could confusingly cause your brain to misinterpret this change, but doing so could cause you to choke.

      Tips

      • If there are more than one persons to the "party" that are trying to get to the ride, keep filing in, in a "single-fashion"-formed line (and keep moving forward until there is no more space left in the car)
      • Unless otherwise told, most Disney Parks rides lower a lap bar to your lap. Be prepared. Other "more wild" rides will lower a shoulder-bar (like most other wilder theme parks do).
      • If the ride ever malfunctions while you and others are on the ride, Disney takes every precaution. Stay in your seat, and an attendant will be around to help you get to a safer spot. You may even get a FastPass if you follow the directions.

      Warnings

      • The exact location of the Disney Park makes no difference. The rules are the same. Follow them ALL because they may save you from becoming brutally hurt or killed.
