Steps
Open Telegram Channels Catalog in a mobile internet browser. Type tchannels.me in your browser's address bar, and hit the ↵ Enter on your keyboard. This website will let you browse some new and popular channels.
Tap Add To next to a channel. Find a channel you want to join on the catalog, and tap the red Add To button next to it. You will have to select an app to open it in a new pop-up window.- If you know the name of the channel you want to join, you can tap the magnifier icon in the upper-right corner of your Telegram chats list and search this channel.
