A great day can sharpen your mind, keep you healthy, and improve the quality of your whole week. If you're a teenager and you want to start having better days, we can help you with that. In this article, we'll show you how to start your day with a solid morning routine and create a daily schedule so you can enjoy each and every day to its fullest.
