Steps
Open your web browser and go to twitch.tv.
Click Log In at the top right of your screen.
Enter your username and password and click Log In. You can also log in via Facebook by clicking Connect with Facebookk.
Click on your username in the top right corner of the screen. This will open a drop-down menu.
Tap onSettings near the bottom of the menu.
Click Notifications on the settings page.
Tap the switchto the right of "Smart notifications". When you move the switch to the "On" position, it should look green. This means that you have enabled Twitch notifications.
