Steps
- Prepare, and buy some Poké balls. You will need to bring a Pokémon that has learned Rock Smash with you.
- Go to Granite Cave, above Dewford Town, and go to B2F.Advertisement
- Use Rock Smash on all smashable rocks.
- Encounter a Nosepass. Lower its HP, preferably to the red. Do not cause it to faint!
- Inflict a status condition, such as Sleep or Paralysis, on the Nosepass.
- Use your Poké Ball(s), and you should catch the Nosepass.
