Steps
Identify loose tiles or strips of wood in the floor. Carefully walk around and try each one. If you want, you can mark the loose ones with a bit of masking tape, or other removable marking.
Unless you can lift a given loose tile or board, punch a 1mm pinhole in it.
Inject epoxy through the pinhole.
Tap or knock lightly on the affected tile or board. You have enough epoxy when the hollow sound is gone.
Stop injecting immediately if any epoxy emerges around the edges or through the joints of the tile.
Leave it for epoxy to fully cure and harden. Weight the loose tile with a heavy object, if necessary.
Scrub away any excess epoxy with a chisel.
Fill any gaps and the pinhole with wood putty.
