Steps
Open Google Chrome. It's a red, green and yellow circle with a blue dot in the center. Double-click on Chrome to open it up.
Access System Information. Type chrome://system into the address bar at the top of the screen and press ↵ Enter. You will be taken to a page of system specifications.
Find meminfo. Scroll through the System Information menu until you find meminfo. Click Expand... to the right of meminfo to open the menu.
Locate Mem Total to find your RAM. Look for the first line in the meminfo menu; it will say "MemTotal". To the right of MemTotal is your RAM, which will be listed in kilobytes.Tip: Most Chromebooks released after July 2016 have 4GB of RAM.
