If they have saved their email account and password and they use Chrome, right click on the password box and click on "inspect element" option. Look for where it says "password" somewhere and change the word to "text." You'll be able to see their password!
If it's a touch screen device, clean the screen to remove any residue. The next time they enter their password, you may be able to look at the fingerprint pattern to deduce what the password is.
