If you're doing winged eyeliner, it's best to use liquid liner. Liquid liner can be a little tricky at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's actually easier than other types of eyeliner, and it stays on better, too. Just make sure you choose a product with a good tip. For instance, if you're on a budget, L'Oréal has a good liquid liner, and it's easy to wash off. If you want to spend a little more, I like Tarte's liquid eyeliner as well.
