  3. How.com.vn English: Step 3 Enter an email address.

    • You can also type a person's name into this field to prompt their email address to appear in the results drop-down menu.
  4. How.com.vn English: Step 4 Click Create filter.
It's in the bottom-right corner of the drop-down box. Doing so will open a new window.
  5. Step 5 Check the "Apply the label" box.
You'll find it in the middle of the window.
  6. How.com.vn English: Step 6 Click Choose label….
This grey box is to the right of the "Apply the label" heading. Clicking it prompts a drop-down menu.
  7. How.com.vn English: Step 7 Click New label….

  10. Step 10 Check the "Also apply filter to matching conversations" box.

  12. How.com.vn English: Step 12 Click Create filter.
Doing so will add any past emails from your sender—as well as any future ones—to the folder (or "label") with their name on it.
    • You can find the label in the left-hand column of inbox options, though you may have to select this area with your mouse cursor and/or click More at the bottom of the area to see the label.
