Go to https://iforgot.apple.com in a web browser. You can access this site in any browser on your computer, smartphone, or tablet.

Click Continue. If you set up the two-factor authentication, you’ll receive a code on the trusted device you registered or on your phone. Proceed to the next step. If not, skip the next step.- If prompted to confirm your phone number, enter it when prompted, and then click Continue.
Enter the code from your trusted device.
