Steps
- Open the Outlook Web App in your internet browser. Type outlook.live.com/owa into your browser's address bar, and hit ↵ Enter or ⏎ Return on your keyboard.
- Click the Sign in button. This will open the login form, and allow you to sign in to your Microsoft account.Advertisement
- Sign in to your Microsoft account. Fill out the login form with your account information, and sign in to your account to view your Outlook.
- Enter your email address, phone number, or Skype name.
- Click Next.
- Enter your account password.
- Click Sign in.
- Click the gear icon on the top-right. You can find this button next to your profile picture in the upper-right corner of your screen. It will open a drop-down menu.
- Click Options on the drop-down menu. You'll find it at the bottom. It will open your email options on a new page.
- Click Mail on the left panel. Find the Mail option under Options on the left-hand side of your screen, and click on it. This will expand the Mail menu on the navigation panel.
- Click Email signature under Layout. Find the Layout section under Mail, and click Email signature here to edit your signature.
- You can view and edit your signature in a textbox on the right-hand side.
- Edit your signature in the textbox under the "Email signature" heading. You can change parts of your current signature here, or delete it and type a new one from scratch.
- Click the picture icon on the top-left of the textbox to insert an image into your signature.
- Use the "B", "I", and "U" icons here to bold, italicize or underline your text.
- You can also change your text's font, color, and alignment, using the tools at the top of the signature textbox.
- Click the Save button at the top. You can find this button above the "Email signature" heading at the top of the page. It will save your changes, and update your new email signature.Advertisement
