Unfortunately, you cannot drop items in Robox if you're using the mobile app on your phone or tablet, so you'll need to use your computer to do this.

Run Roblox on your computer. Since there's no way to drop items in the mobile version of the game, you need to open the game on your computer to drop items.
Press 1-0. These are the keys to your hot bar. You can see the associated hot bar item with the smaller number that corresponds to it in the top left corner of the hot bar box on your screen.- It will highlight blue and appear in your avatar's hand when you select it.
