This How.com.vn teaches you how to sync files from your OneDrive to your iPhone or iPad so they'll be available when you're offline.
Steps
- Tap the file you want to download. If the file is inside of a folder, tap the folder to open it, and then tap the file.Advertisement
- Tap ⁝. It's at the top-right corner.
- Tap Make Available Offline. It's the cloud icon with an arrow pointing downward. This downloads the file to your phone or tablet.
- Files you download from your OneDrive are read-only when you're offline.[1] If you need to edit the file offline, open it in the appropriate app (e.g., Microsoft Word) while online first. When you disconnect from the internet, you'll still be able to edit the file.
- To find your offline files in the future, open OneDrive, tap the profile icon at the top-left corner, and then tap Offline Files.
