This How.com.vn teaches you how to view a list of all your past YouTube Music searches, and instantly delete a search item from your history, using an iPhone or iPad.
Steps
Open YT Music on your iPhone or iPad. The YouTube Music app looks like a white play button in a red circle.
Tap theicon. This button is located next to your profile picture in the upper-right corner of your screen. It will open the search page.
Tap and hold the search item you want to delete. This will highlight the selected search, and allow you to remove it from your history.
Tap Remove from search history at the bottom. This option pops up at the bottom of your screen when you select and highlight a past search item. It will instantly delete the selected item from your search history.
Tap your avatar on the top-right. You'll see a thumbnail of your profile picture in the upper-right corner. It will open a navigation menu.
Tap Settings on the menu. This will open your Settings menu on a new page.
Tap Privacy & location in Settings.
Tap Manage search history. Here, you can view and edit the search activity history of your Google account.
Scroll down and find the YouTube Music search you want to delete. You can edit all your YouTube and YouTube Music searches here.
Tap the ⋮ icon next to the item you want to delete. It will open a drop-down menu.
