Steps
Download Article- Open Microsoft Paint.

Click View, then Zoom then Custom, and finally, put it at 800%!!!!!!
Start painting. Grab a tool, draw away, and enjoy your amateur/moderate/professional work.- Save your file first as a .bmp file
- Go to the File, open it up, and either copy it or re-save it as an .ico file. So when you go to 'Copy', it will automatically bring up a pop up that says "Save as".[3]
