Steps
Open the Email app on your Android. The Email app usually looks like a letter or an envelope icon. You can find it on your Apps menu.- Alternatively, you can use Gmail, Yahoo or another email app. Most email apps work in a similar way.
Find and tap the email you want to copy. Scroll down your inbox or another mailbox to find the email you want to copy, and tap on the email to open it.
Tap the ⋮ icon on the top-right. You'll find this button in the upper-right corner of your screen. It will open your email options on a drop-down menu.- If you're using the Gmail app, you can tap this icon on the top-right to copy all the emails in the conversation, or look for the same button at the top of a single email in the thread. This way, you can copy a single email message.
Tap Print on the drop-down menu. This option will open a print preview of the selected email message on a new page.- If you're viewing a thread with multiple emails, you may see Print all on the menu instead of Print.
Tap theicon at the top. You can find this button at the top of the print preview page. It will open a list of all your available printer options.
