Steps
Open Cloud Converter GIF to JPG in your internet browser. Type cloudconvert.com/gif-to-jpg into the address bar, and hit ↵ Enter or ⏎ Return on your keyboard.
Click the Select Files button. It looks like a tiny document icon with a "+" sign next to it. Clicking will open a new file explorer window, and allow you to select a file from your computer.- Alternatively, you can click the icon next to Select Files, and upload a GIF from your cloud storage or a URL.

Click the green Download button. This button shows up in the upper-right corner of the page when your file is ready for download. It will download a JPG version of the uploaded GIF to your computer.- If you're converting an animated GIF, you will download a Zip archive of all the JPG files making up every single consecutive image in the GIF.
