You should use a a dust mop to remove all grit and dirt on a regular basis. If your floors need a deeper clean, you can use a soft mop head with warm water or warm water with a small amount of either pH neutral dish soap or a specified marble cleaner. Be sure to dry mop the floors when finished, as you do not want to leave the floors to air dry.
