Steps
Open the Adobe Creative Cloud app on your computer. The Adobe CC icon looks like a white cloud on a red background. You can find it on your Start menu on Windows, and in your Applications folder on Mac.
Click the ⋮ icon on the top-right. This will open a drop-down menu.
Click Preferences on the menu. This will open your Adobe settings on a new page.
Click the Creative Cloud tab. You can find it at the top of the app window.
Select the language you want to use on the "App Language" list. Click the drop-down under "App Language," and click a language on the menu to select it.
Uninstall the Adobe app you want to change. If you want to change the language in an Adobe app already installed on your computer, you will have to uninstall and reinstall it before the new language settings are applied.
Reinstall the deleted Adobe app on your computer. Open the Adobe CC app again, and click Install next to the app you want to reinstall.- Once finished reinstalling, the app will be in the language you changed in your Adobe CC settings.
