- You can choose to display a Clock, Calendar, or Image on your screen display.

Tap the "Clock" menu.

Tap Clock on the drop-down menu. This will open a list of different clocks you can use on your standby screen.
- If you select Calendar, you'll see a monthly calendar on your standby display.
- You can also tap Image here to select an image to display on your screen without a clock.

Select a clock layout.

Tap the layout option you want to use. This will open a preview of the selected layout.
- You can select a layout with a digital clock, analog clock, world clock or edge clock.

Choose a clock color.

You can then select the color you want to use for your clock.

Set a background image.

icon at the bottom, and select a background preset for your clock.
- Some analog clocks will also allow you to select a picture from your Android's gallery and use in the background.

How do I get more clock styles on my Samsung?

You can get more clock styles by using a Samsung app called Good Lock. Good Lock has a ton of functions, including editing your clock face styles. You can edit both the Always On Display and lock screen clocks directly in Good Lock.

How do you change the always on display brightness?

Go to Settings > Lock screen > Always On Display. From this menu you can turn off auto-brightness, which is enabled by default. Once you disable auto-brightness, you can drag the slider to change the brightness level. Does Samsung AOD drain battery?

AOD does use battery, but it shouldn't drastically impact your phone's battery life between charges. If you're experiencing high battery drain with AOD on, try disabling it when you're asleep, using Power Saver mode, or clearing your device's cache.

Your AOD will move slightly to avoid screen burn. This is an intended feature of Always On Display and it can't be turned off.
