Steps
Open Telegram. It’s the blue and white paper airplane icon typically found in the app drawer.
Tap ☰. It’s at the top-left corner of the screen.
Tap Settings. It’s toward the bottom of the menu.
Tap your current phone number.
Tap CHANGE NUMBER. A pop-up message will appear, informing you that your phone number will also be added to your contacts’ address books.
Tap OK.
Type your new phone number and tap. Telegram will now send you a text message containing an activation code.
