Do you need to change your browser's language back to English? If you accidentally changed the language, or you want to view your browser in a different one, you can easily swap the language in your settings. On Mac, you'll need to adjust your system settings rather than browser settings. Here's how to change your browser's language using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari.

- Click ⋮ next to the language you want.
- Click Display Google Chrome in this language.

- 1Click ⋮. It's in the top-right corner of the Google Chrome window. A drop-down menu will open.
- If you're using a Mac, you can't change your Chrome language settings from within Chrome. Skip to the Safari method to see how to change your Mac's default language, which will change the language used by Chrome.[1]

- 3Click Languages. You can find this in the left panel, underneath On startup.
- 4Click ⋮ next to the language you want. This should be underneath the Preferred languages header.
- If you don't see your preferred language, click Add language, click a language, and then click Add.
