Steps
Open Chrome. It’s the round red, blue, green, and yellow icon in the app drawer. You may also find it on the home screen.- It’s not possible to change ownership of a file in the Google Drive app, but you’ll be able to do it on the mobile website.

Tap the pencil icon next to the new owner’s name. A pop-up menu will appear.
Select Is owner.
Tap Save Changes. It’s the blue button at the bottom-left corner of the screen. A confirmation message will appear, informing you that you’re about to transfer ownership of the file.
