Tor runs on firefox so if you have firefox, you can use Tor. If installing firefox doesn't work, try installing Tor onto the flash drive. You can then run Tor off of the flashdrive.

Yes, about 98% of the time it can. If it doesn't work for you, when launching the Tor browser, click the button labeled "Tor Network Settings" and then set up a connection via a Tor bridge relay. This method works basically everywhere and can even work in China if you use the correct type of bridge.

      Tips

      • To keep your USB folder clearer, you may want to first move all of your Firefox download into a separate folder, and in the main USB drive folder, create a shortcut to it.
      • If the Tor Browser cannot start at your desired location, this means that the network at your desired location may be blocking connections to the Tor network. You will have to find and use a Tor bridge, which are unlisted connections to Tor.
      • If you do not know where you'll want or need to use the anonymity and functionality of Tor, download the three major browser bundles - Linux, Mac OS X and Windows - and you'll be ready for the vast majority of computer.
