Switching to a Business Profile
Open Instagram on your Android. The Instagram app looks like a white camera icon on a purple-and-orange background. You can find it on your Apps menu.
Tap theicon on the bottom-right. You'll find this button on a navigation bar at the bottom of your screen. It will open your profile page.

Tap the ⋮ icon on the top-right. This button is located in the upper-right corner of your profile page. It will open your Settings menu on a new page.
Scroll down and tap Switch to Business Account. You'll find this option towards the middle of your Settings menu. Follow the on-screen instructions here to convert your existing profile to a business account.- This will require you to connect your Instagram profile to a Facebook business page.

Boosting a Post
Open your profile page. Tap the back button on the top-left, or theicon on the bottom-right to view your profile grid.

Tap the blue Promote button below the post. You can find this button in the lower-right corner of your post. It will open the promotion form on a new page.
