This How.com.vn article teaches you how to stop people from tagging you in Instagram photos and videos without your approval when you’re using an iPhone or iPad, as well as on an Android phone or tablet. Though people can still add your username to their posts, the tagged photo or video won’t appear in the “Photos of You” area of your profile unless you approve it.

Preventing Others from Tagging You
Open Instagram on your iPhone or iPad. It’s the pink, orange, and yellow camera icon labeled "Instagram." You’ll usually find it on the home screen.- Use this method to prevent anyone you don't want to tag you.
Tap the profile icon. It’s the outline of a person at the bottom-right corner of the feed. This opens your profile.
Tap the ≡. You'll see these three horizontal lines at the top-right corner of your profile.
Tap Settings. It's near the top of the menu.
Tap Privacy. It's next to an icon of a lock near the top of the menu.
Select Posts. You'll see this near the middle of the menu next to a "New Post" icon.
Select No one to prevent everyone from tagging you.
